What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (if given), your area of interest and your message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client or partner, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and, for visitors in the UK, the UK GDPR.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Enquiries are delivered by email through our website host (Hostinger) and stored in our business email account. Some providers may process data outside South Africa; where they do, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to our use of it, by emailing us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
